Brian Blick, MD is an Anesthesiologist in Elk City, Oklahoma and is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Brian was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, and attended the University of Oklahoma, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2004. Brian has been a resident of Edmond since birth. After completing his undergraduate studies, Brian enrolled in graduate school at the University of Central Oklahoma. It was then that he began a career in the medical field. Before acquiring his Master’s degree in 2007, Dr. Brian Blick got his Bachelor of Science degree with a double concentration in biology and chemistry. After that, Dr. Blick was granted entrance into the medical school at Ross University School of Medicine, from which he ultimately graduated in 2013. Next, in 2017, Dr. Brian Blick finished his residency at the University of Kansas, the same institution where he graduated with his degree. Dr. Blick and his wife Lauren relocated to Elk City, Oklahoma, when he finished his residency. There, he began working as the Chief of Anesthesia at Great Plains Regional Medical Center for Western Oklahoma Anesthesia Consultants. Ultimately, he formed Western Oklahoma Pain Specialists as a medical practice. Through his experience, Dr. Blick decided to help medical students with a scholarship grant. Reading all the essay entries, Dr. Blick realized that the future of the medical field was in good hands.
