TOKYO, JAPAN / ACCESSWIRE / July 26, 2023 / Financie, Inc.(Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hironao Kunimitsu; hereinafter “Financie”) announces that, as a 2nd close, it has raised additional funds with TIS Inc.(President: Yasushi Okamoto, hereafter TIS) as the underwriter. In addition, the two companies have entered into a capital and business alliance with the main themes of financial inclusion and resolving regional issues.

Financie has helped more than 200 companies and organizations form communities and ecosystems, including the blockchain-based token-issuing crowdfunding service FiNANCiE, NFT projects and IEO support projects. It has also recently appointed Ms. Zaf Chow, ex-Director of Animoca Brands, as an advisor.

2nd close Fundraise

The total amount raised in this 2nd close is JPY 1.5 billion($10.8 million), and the total amount raised through equity to date has reached JPY 2.8 billion($20.2 million). There are 4 underwriters including J. Front Retailing, FFG Venture Business Partners which is a venture capital entity of the Fukuoka Financial Group, MARUI GROUP CO., LTD. and TIS Inc.

Financie will use the raised funds to strengthen its business ties with each of the underwriters.
