ROCK HILL, SC / ACCESSWIRE / February 28, 2023 / The IRS requires Applicable Large Employers (ALEs), PEOs, TPAs, insurance providers, and all other mandated filers to distribute copies of Forms 1095-B/C to their employees and recipients. There are also a few states that require copies to be distributed to their residents. The IRS requires that these copies be distributed no later than March 2, 2023.
